Rubber-Meets-The-Road Tip

  • Keep it simple and focus and do what you do well.
  • Stay consistent with your advertising.
  • Cold calls still work but leverage existing clients to warm up the call.
  • Know your numbers.
  • Hire slow. Fire fast.
  • Test your new hires. (He uses the DISC assessment.)
