"Get drunk, get a loan, open an MMA gym." That's what Frank Kerner did!
From Frank:
"I own Lake Mohawk MMA and have a crazy story. I closed my old gym and was moving to a new location. Everything seemed to be ok and then a few days before the move, the city denied me because of a parking issue. I told my old landlord I was moving and couldn’t go back. Had to fight with the city for 6 months and eventually moved in. My wife also owns a food truck @tasteguatelicious. We can talk about opening businesses at the same time and the 18-hour workdays that are involved."
