Is Infusionsoft Too Complex?

Back in December 2011 Infusionsoft kicked off their inaugural Infusionsoft Implementation Acceleration and while I was honored to be invited to assist with the delivery of the training and support, I wasn't sure what to expect.
Here's a little background so you'll understand where I'm coming from when I address the statement "Infusionsoft sucks." (Now I guess it's "Keap sucks.")
Since 1994, while creating readiness documents for personnel in my Air Force group deploying to the Middle East, I've been working with databases.

One time back in the day, a fellow Infusionsoft Certified Partner asked a great question.
When her client's customers are visiting the Infusionsoft Shopping Cart the button they must click to begin the checkout process is labeled "Review Order."
However, what this partner noticed was that some customers are confused by this language, so she asked how she could customize it to something a bit more obvious, such as "Proceed to Checkout."

Yes, I know, the first step is easy and obvious.
It's the second step—and the reason why—that is a tad bit tricky at times.
I first wrote this a couple of years ago when LeadPages, which I have used extensively over the years and really loved, announced that they had purchased their "favorite marketing automation tool," Drip.
