In this deep dive, we will start with your initial concern, which we must name and claim.

It’s not “EVERYTHING SUCKS!”

Yes, it may feel like everything sucks, but like an ER doctor, we must triage your business, find the most threatening issue, and stop that bleeding.

So we’ll look at your:

  • Ads

  • SEO

  • Technology stack, i.e., your CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation tools

  • Sales processes, i.e., prospecting processes, scripts, etc., or lack thereof,

  • Conversion metrics and stages,

  • Reporting, and more...

We’ll leave no stone unturned as we evaluate what is working, what is not, what your goals are, and what it will take to reach and surpass them.

Once we have a handle on your issues, we’ll prioritize them, which will help us understand what it will take to fix them.

You should invite one or two key personnel to the calls to expedite the discovery sessions, and you may want to bring different personnel on at different times or on different sessions, but I recommend no more than one or two at a time.

Otherwise, these calls can turn into a staff meeting or a finger-pointing session, and we may not get the truth we need in a timely manner due to personality conflicts.

All of our meetings will be recorded so you can reference them and share them with others who are not on the calls to help this process along.

This is not a quick-fix, snap-your-fingers, and everything is hunky-dory.

Plan on several 30-60 minute calls over the course of a couple of weeks to really get down to the nitty-gritty.

You still have a business to run, and this type of discovery/uncovering can be exhausting.

Like a home remodeling project, once you start looking in the attic and in the basement and pull up some floorboards and remove some drywall, there’s usually an unexpected “gotcha” you find that slows you down, confuses you, stumps you for a minute or three.

On our calls, you may need to do some homework for a day or two before we can have our next call. That in and of itself will be illustrative and valuable because anything you can measure, you can improve.

So, prepare to have your business processes documented and measured so you can improve.

When you work with The Sales Whisperer® and my team, you only cry once: that’s when you make the initial payment. 

After that, everything else is smooth sailing because I’ve learned it’s better to pay more than you hoped than less than you should.
