“InfusionSoft Review

Email marketing is all about staying in constant touch with your clients, partners and suppliers. For email marketing, InfusionSoft has scored some great points on the card but still it fails to offer some advanced benefits and features to their clients like premium web cart application. Some missing features and less advanced use of technology have left behind InfusionSoft in the race of shopping cart applications.

How can we consider premium web cart as a superior option to InfusionSoft?

Today software that is user friendly and technology equipped are running better than the ordinary ones. Premium web cart is one of the best options for your online business website because it is user friendly and possesses technology sound features. It frees the user from installation new software programs, maintenance duties and other programs. It’s a fully automated program that makes your website shopping cart experience flexible and quick.

Premium web cart application possess animated interface with clarity, which is best for the beginners. This structure is hardly found in software like InfusionSoft. Plus users can easily find an option to navigate through this cart without applying extra efforts. From its lively dashboard to flexible features, everything is far distinct and better than InfusionSoft.

Premium web cart has many advanced tools that enable the users to get correct and updated information about the sales online. It’s easy for the affiliate team to track the sales and manage the account. This helps in making your work fast and effective. It improves your work speed thereby bringing in more sales and customers.

Premium web cart has many core features that help your business with extra sales and income in numerous ways. You won’t find this kind of feature with InfusionSoft or any other shopping cart application online. The user friendly email management system of premium web cart is simply awesome as it doesn’t waste the user’s time in any of the activities related to it. Plus it has single login for every business, which makes your work easy and simple than before. You can even find reports, charts and graphs with premium web cart application in order to track your sales and past records.

Drawbacks of InfusionSoft -

It is difficult to find a quality measure with InfusionSoft, especially when we are talking about auto responding email management system or click through rates. There are no much plus points with InfusionSoft, and hence I prefer premium web cart as a better option for my online business website.

There are very few websites where you may find some average review of InfusionSoft, because it has some slow and ordinary features unlike premium web cart. InfusionSoft review is not up to client’s expectations and hence, it’s difficult to regard it as a reliable shopping cart application. With premium web cart, users can sign in while managing multiple business systems at low cost. Therefore it gets a better review and feedback than InfusionSoft.”

Why would a shopping cart company use such sloppy writing to beat up a marketing company? I’m all for a global workforce and leveraging experts from around the world but when you do that MAKE SURE THEY’RE EXPERTS! Whomever allowed this this cobbled-together, English-as-a-second-language article to be posted on their company site should be demoted if not fired.

(I’m done with my “grammar / marketing / readability rant. Now on to the topic at hand.)

If all you need is a shopping cart then maybe, MAYBE PremiumWebCart is OK. But if you only need a shopping cart you are either paying money for a second, third and fourth systems for your email marketing, voicemail marketing, affiliate marketing and more or you’re not, which means you are working too hard for too little reward.

Some people get a list to sell a product. (Those would be PremiumWebCart clients.) Others sell a product to develop a list and then market and cross-sell and up-sell and promote to that list forever and ever! (Those would be InfusionSoft clients.)

Look, the easiest person to sell to is someone who has already bought from you. Why be satisfied with scratching one itch of your clients when they’ll gladly pay you for a weekly massage, manicure AND pedicure AND will join your membership club and PREPAY for a month or 6 months to save 10%?!!!

You started your online business to make money, not sit in front of your computer 20 hours a day manually copying contact information from one system to another. Do yourself, your clients and your family a favor and step up to the Big Leagues of sales force and email marketing and ecommerce automation and invest in InfusionSoft. Call me before you use my link to order and I’ll show you how to save over $500 on your first year alone of InfusionSoft and I’ll kick in some nice training bonuses at no charge.

Blogging, registering domains, generating SEO juice and simplifying your online life is easy once you follow these few steps.

On the never-ending journey to locate, implement and document the most efficient, practical, effective, reliable and affordable means for entrepreneurs and small business owners to get the word out in this always-on, socially-connected world I jumped into Typepad blogging this week with some joys and some frustrations.

Frustrations First:
I had to forget what I “knew” about domain forwarding. For years I’ve had dozens of domains I secured because the name was cool but I had them forwarded to sites I was actively developing rather than have them “parked.” Since it was so simple I thought I knew what to do, and I did insofar as a simple forward was concerned.

Joys:
I use GoDaddy as my domain name registrar (and they’re having a sale, by the way). Since I wanted to have my simple domain name point to my Typepad blog I had to forward it from GoDaddy.

Forwarding a URL typically limits the SEO effectiveness of your site because a lot of search engines and directories will ignore forwarded URLs. However, Typepad is pretty snazzy and provides instructions on how to make your Typepad blog get indexed like any other blog.

They do this by not only forwarding your domain name to your Typepad blog URL but also providing instructions on modifying your CNAME records at your registrar (GoDaddy – they’re having a sale, you know!) and then activating your Domain Mapping in your Typepad Account Settings.

GoDaddy talks about it here: http://help.godaddy.com/article/5106#configuring

Typepad talks about it here: http://help.typepad.com/godaddy.html

All in all it was pretty simple but you need to follow these steps:

Get your domain name (at GoDaddy).

Get your blog at Typepad.

Modify your CNAME (at GoDaddy).

Forward your URL at GoDaddy to the same URL including the “www.”

Wait 24-48 hours then activate your domain mapping at Typepad.

Easy cheesy.

Happy blogging.

Is updating your social media profiles and accounts really work? Does updating them produce leads and revenue? Are you just having fun playing on your social media sites or are you really hiding from work?

It’s a lot easier to update your Fan Page or send out a Tweet talking about something loosely pertaining to work than it is to actually do some work.

Trust me, I know how much effort it takes to put coherent, relevant, persuasive words on paper – both REAL paper and electronic paper. So writing a new blog post that is linked to your Fanpage, Twitter account, LinkedIn profile and 106 other social media sites automatically for the purpose of improving your inbound links, getting in front of targeted viewers and driving traffic back to your site where you’ve created various “lead magnets” tied to Web Forms and autoresponders that kick off an automated followup sequence that provides more valuable, more targeted information to the prospect that includes free trials, discounted trials, affiliate offers and upsells is a lot of work. (Wanna know what I use to handle and coordinate all of this?)

So if you’re just bouncing around Facebook with your instant messaging windows open in Skype and Facebook and Google and you’re chatting away while texting away while commenting on the status updates of friends while putting up a coupon or some other offer on your Fan Page while also doing email and sipping your coffee and taking regularly-scheduled breaks and long lunches you’re not really building or growing a business.

You’re just comfortable. And you’re about to get passed by. If you’d like to stop this from happening buy this David Sandler “Bike Book” while I still have a few in stock.

Or just stay comfy cozy.

On page 20 of the September 2010 issue of “Fast Company” they mention that September 12 is the date of this year’s “KaraokeFest” in Pomonoa, CA.

In the short article it is noted that annual sales of karaoke music and karaoke machines in the U.S. “have fallen a whopping 80% off their…peaks to just $40 million.”

This is where the inspiration for this post enters the picture. Rick Priddis, president of the-soon-to-be-defunct (in my opinion) Priddis Music inspires readers with this little gem,

“It’s gotten a lot worse because of the rise of the Internet. But we’re all just continuing on and hoping for the best.”

So let me get this straight: This dude, Priddis, says the Internet has hurt his business (it is 2010, right? The internet has been a viable business platform for at least 15 years and he’s been open since 1984.] and his solution is to HOPE FOR THE BEST?!!!

Are you kidding me? This guy has 25 years (actually 26 years. He hasn’t bothered to update his logo from a year ago) and his plan to get through these tough times is HOPE and he blames his tough times on THE INTERNET?

Sure, piracy has gotten worse over the years but if there are 100,000 people willing to come down to Pomona, a.k.a., the armpit of Southern California, and compete for trophies for karaoke singing then there are at least 10 times if not 100 times more people (that’s 1 million to 10 million for those of you from Pomona) willing to spend $1.46 per week for a new track for their machine.

Doing some back-of-the-napkin math shows that if just 1 million people download just one track at $1.46 per week then this is a $72.8 million a year industry just in music alone for a simple $75.92 per year hobby, not counting the machine.

So poor ol’ Rick’s response is to hope it gets better. Well, Rick’s hoping has paid off. Here is a brainstorming list of things that are streaming out of my brain as I sit here this Sunday afternoon pondering the business that could be Ricks if he’d stop hoping and start doing!

If business is down 80% I’m sure a heck of a lot of his competitors have gone out of business. How many did he contact and offer to buy their domain names / websites? If their domain names have expired he can just buy them on GoDaddy or any other big registrar.

What about buying the phone numbers of past competitors and having them forwarded to his office? (I use VOIPO.com and got my phone number for $99 for two years. That’s a good investment to buy your competitor’s phone number when they go out of business. It won’t take many sales to make back a $4.13 per month investment.)

What about buying the contact lists of former competitors? Offer them 10% of every sale for life.

What about making them affiliates of his when they go on to their new careers and paying them 10-50% of every sale they help generate through their affiliate links?

What about partnering with other business owners that serve the same market but don’t sell karaoke-related devices or music and having them become affiliates and they then cross-promote for one another?

What about offering free karaoke machines in return for a 2 year subscription to his music-of-the-month club? If this model works for printers and coffee machines why not karaoke?

What if this guy sold a hand full of machines each week, leveraged the internet to promote his music and machines world wide, maybe offered a membership / subscription program, kept his website up-to-date rather than posting events that are over a month in the past (not to mention his logo, which is a year out of date), offered tips and suggestions on how to throw a fun karaoke party for special occasions such as:

kids birthdays

retirement parties

reunions (DUH!)

sales meetings

trade shows

county fairs

Instead, he has a static Joomla website with broken links, no way to capture visitor information via some sort of free report and web form, poor SEO (search engine optimization), which is evident in his source code, which shows – I kid you not – 127 keywords with no commas separating them including neutral words such as “free,” “pdf” and “with.” Furthermore, the page Title and Description are terrible and neither mention his MONEY WORD, karaoke!!

No wonder this dude is relying on HOPE to carry him through these tough times.

This guy is a classic example of the danger of thinking small, looking backwards and focusing on the obstacles instead of the opportunities in the business world in general and in his particular industry specifically.

If you need to think bigger about your business, talk to Steve.

If you need to optimize your website and generate traffic, talk to Roger.

If you need to grow, take action. Motion beats meditation now and for always. Now stop reading and start doing.

You don't go to the gym January 1st and you're suddenly and consistently in shape for the entire year. Why do business owners think Sales and Marketing training and programs are any different?

Every one of my past clients are past clients because they were looking for that “silver bullet” to make their businesses grow.

They are past clients because they thought they could just cut a (small) check, flip a switch and watch the money come in over their iPhone banking app while they kicked back in a hammock on some sunny beach and barked an occasional order from time to time via text or email.

(You don’t go to the gym January 1st and you’re suddenly and consistently in shape for the entire year. So why do business owners think Sales and Marketing training and programs are any different?)

What they didn’t (and most probably still don’t) realize is that people don’t do business with you for one of two reasons: 1) your market either doesn’t know about you; 2) or they do.

Here’s the double-edged sword: I can help you make the phone ring but if you have:

A systemic inability to answer the phone in less than 5 rings, and/or,

Rude, obnoxious, ignorant boobs answering your phones, and/or,

A habit of greeting new prospects with kids macking down on tuna casseroles while their feet are propped up on the front desk, and/or

Staff that can’t fill out standard forms and do basic data entry, and/or,

A dirty, stinky, crowded, under-stocked, under-staffed facility, and/or,

Staff that won’t follow your instructions, and/or,

The social and people and communication skills of Attila the Hun fighting dysentery and laryngitis, which causes your people to run for the hills when they see you pull up into the parking lot…

…then what you need is not a silver bullet but a box of silver bullets…and a house-cleaning…and an attitude adjustment.

But if you really want to know what the biggest silver bullet on the planet is for growing your business beyond your wildest dreams it’s a coach/friend/mentor/advisor/strategist/no-bullshitter that will tell you:

“how the cow eats the cabbage,”

where your business needs improvement,

where your blind spots are,

how to create realistic goals and action plans, and

hold you accountable to completing them.

Once you have your house in order I’ll help you tell the world.

But paying to market a crappy business is like taking a limousine from your private jet to a climate change summit to ponder the non-occurring changes erroneously predicted by your peers that manipulated data to fit their agenda. It just doesn’t add up.

I’m ready to help you grow. Are you?

Get Your Small Business on the First Page of Google in 7-10 Days, Guaranteed!

How much eggnog and cheesecake can one man eat during Christmas?

Rather than find out, I started working on getting one of my clients / good friends, X2 Technologies out of San Rafael, CA, a higher ranking on Google to help them grow their business in 2010.

Like a NASCAR pit crew, when you have the right tools and use them in a coordinated, orchestrated, consistent manner you can make big things happen fast.

The picture in this post is a screen shot from today – Dec 27, 2009 – showing X2 Technologies with the first two rankings in Google for a “longtail keyword” (more on that in another post) that turned up 1,080,000 results!

The keyword phrase I optimized them for was “bay area computer consultants,” which is what they are and what they do. The really important thing to keep in mind, though, is that I was able to get their video ranked on the first page of Google IN UNDER A WEEK!

That’s right. In less than 7 days, with a lot of targeted, focused work, I was able to get a small business with less than 15 employees, ranked on the first page of Google ahead of larger firms, national firms, firms that partner with Microsoft and HP and TrendMicro and other behemoths.

And I can do it for your small business, too. But I limit the number of companies I work with in any one locale. So if you would like to beat out and out rank your local/regional competitors in 2010 and beyond give me a jingle now and let’s make some search engine magic happen!

Remember, life is good. It’s gooder when you’re selling…A LOT!
