Rainmaking Conversations Book Review

I was fortunate enough to receive an advance copy of Mike Schultz & John E. Doerr’s new book “Rainmaking Conversations: Influence, Persuade, and Sell In Any Situation.” (Who says blogging doesn’t have its perks?) Mike and John leave no stone unturned in the selling process, which is rare.

While giving talks and workshops on prospecting is always well-received it is only a part of the entire sales process. If you have sales people that are: new, in a rut, losing to bigger competitors, or just asking you for ideas to close more leads hand them this book and tell them to get lost for the weekend. They’ll come back knowing what to do. Then you just have to hold them accountable to do it.
